I received an excellent house heater repair service today from a Goodman Plumber by name James, today February 4, 2026. He was very professional with attention to details of the job! He diagnosed the heater problem like a surgeon with precision to find the root cause and the corrective action in a few minutes. What amazed me is that he even made sure the heater comes on and off several times before leaving. He also advised me on some preventive action to take to keep the heater running smoothly!! I asked him if he was a Supervisor or Manager because of his experience and dedication. If he is not, I will definitely recommend for consideration! James deserves a title in the company to show customer satisfaction and leadership! Kudos to you James! I am proud of you! Keep it up and stay blessed!!

Thank you Goodman Plumbing for the extra fast service, quality work, and kindness of your technicians. Small electrical fire on hot water heater from a leak. One call to Goodman had a tech to our home in about an hour and new water heater by noon the next day. Not even 24 hours without hot water. Thanks again for the excellent service!!!

Nick is the best! Our hot water heater needed replaced. I sent a service request on Saturday night, and by Sunday morning Nick was here working. He did a fantastic job, clearly a has a ton of experience. Even let me hang out and bug him while he worked. Fair price, lightning fast service, and a knowledgeable friendly expert. THANK YOU.

Goodman installed our previous water heater and did a amazing god 15 years ago. I woke up this morning to a cracked water heater tank so I called them again to replace it. They were here within a half hour. Very nice guys and a verry fair price. Thank you guys so much.

i’ve been in the midst of renovations and lot and behold, very shortly after move in (and at the start of the snow snap of 2026) my HVAC finally died. I called Goodman based on other reviews and got to meet Stan who came to my place quickly to assess the issue. I purchased a new HVAC (with a little tricky installation as I’m in an historic building converted to condo with systems on the roof and a tight attic!) They were terrific from start to finish - thorough, professional, great communication (Stan is very responsive!) - highly recommend. I’m moving into a tub replacement with them and feel great i also now have a go to HVAC/Plumbing company I trust!

I had some work done to my stack pipe today. Zac and his helper Brandon were able to get the job done quickly and efficient. We were really happy with how they communicated from start to finish and took pride in their work. Overall, I was happy with the price and the work. Had multiple estimates and goodman was smack dab in the middle as far as pricing. We will be calling them back to do some work to our shower too! Thanks Zac, Brandon, and Goodman!

Goodman is my go to plumber. They ran new water and sewer to my subdivided carriage house 3 years ago. A big job that was done well. Today they at no charge repaired a bad washer in the meter pit(which really was the responsibility of the water company but would have been garden to get them out timely). I appreciate them. With it getting cold now the water running down the driveway would have caused a safety hazard if I waited for the water dept. I am a realtor and often refer them to clients who have plumbing needs.

I needed a major job done and they came in significantly lower on their quote than another company. The job was well staffed and arrived before 8am. They had 2 teams working simultaneously in the basement and outside to replace my entire sewer line. They restored my water the same day and cleaned up well. They came back the next day and cemented the entire length of my basement. They didn’t have to, but were super kind in hooking my utility sink and washer back up and made sure it worked. They were pleasant and worked well with each other and it felt like they wanted to be there which makes the whole experience a lot easier. Additional plus is they accept credit card payments.

I initially called about fixing a toilet that kept running. The one piece toilet I had wasn't a quick fix nor is it something I could attempt to change the parts on. Zac (the plumber) showed up and had an answer for every question. He had a solution for every problem I had. He warned me before touching anything what could happen once we started touching things. Exactly what he said could happen, happened. Went to shut off the valve for the toilet, didn't work. Went to pull the toilet, the flange was completely disintegrated. Zac worked promptly and by himself. He installed a new toilet, a valve, and a new cast iron flange. I'm really happy with the entire situation and who Goodman sent out to to the job. I will be asking for zac specifically in the future as I know what I'm getting from him. 10/10, 5 stars, will call again and recommend. I do not ever leave reviews and literally went out of my way to leave this one because I think it's important for people to know they will be taken care of if Goodman sends out zac the plumber to their home.

Had a really positive experience with Goodman the other week. They sent Zac out to my home to do various jobs. I'm only coming on here to say not only was my experience positive; I'm really impressed. I hired them for a service and zac made me feel like I was getting more than just plumbing. He was clear, concise, and to the point. Not only did he do an amazing job, he left the place cleaner than what he walked into. I felt like I got my moneys worth plus more. He even followed up with a text a few days after to make sure all was well. I appreciate zac and Goodman. Price of the job was fair. I know this because I got 4 other estimates. If you want great work at a FAIR price, these are your guys.
